Don Muir guesthouse is a small family run guesthouse situated ⅔ minutes walk away from Pulpit hill viewpoint.

The house is situated above the town centre and is less than 10 minutes walk down to all local amenities including shops, restaurants, trains, buses and ferry terminals.

Lovely accomodation, great host, highly recommended. Parking is 2 mins away. Lovely breakfast with many options. Only point to note is the property is up on a hill, meaning if you are planning to walk into Oban, it may not be suitable for people with limited movement.

A warm welcome. Room well heated. Big breakfast. Great value for money. Everything clean and tidy. Plenty of storage/hanging space. Supermarkets locally. Plenty to see and do in Oban. A welcome break in the Highlands. You can visit the Island of Kerrera for around £3:40 return if you want some island isolation!

Just spent August BH at this little gem nestled in hills of Oban (just a 10 min walk from the centre). Check in was easy. There's ample car parking space, just a few mins walk from the b&b. Host was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Room was well presented, clean and had few nice little touches (including a mini fridge). Extensive breakfast menu. We had the full Scottish breakfast which was delicious, with generous portions. Breakfast is served to you in your room, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast in bed is always a nice treat 😁 Would absolutely stay here again, can't recommend the place enough for the money.
